What can I ask Novica?

Anything you'd normally look up across your Shopify, Analytics, Klaviyo, Stripe, or Gorgias dashboards — just ask in plain English.

How does it work?

  • You type a question in the Chat
  • Novica figures out which tool(s) to query
  • It pulls the data and responds with an answer
  • You can follow up — Novica remembers context within the conversation
Tip: Be specific. "What were my top 5 products by revenue last week?" gets you a better answer than "How are my products doing?"

  • What accessibility issues does my site have?

Can I ask about multiple tools at once?

Yes. Novica figures out which tools to use based on your question:

  • Compare my Shopify revenue with my Stripe revenue this month
  • My top product by sales — what's its landing page conversion rate?
  • Find customers who placed an order but also opened a support ticket this week

Can I have a back-and-forth conversation?

Yes. Novica keeps context within a conversation, so you can drill down:

  • You: What were my top 5 products last month?
  • Novica: (shows top 5 with revenue and units sold)
  • You: What are the inventory levels for those?
  • Novica: (pulls inventory for the same 5 products)
  • You: Which ones are running low? Create a restock list.

Tips for getting better answers

  • Include time ranges — "last 7 days", "this month", "Q1 2026" all work
  • Ask for comparisons — "this week vs last week" or "month over month"
  • Request specific formats — "as a table", "sorted by revenue", "top 10 only"
  • Chain tasks — "Find my low-stock products and create a restocking list"
  • Be specific about metrics — "revenue" vs "units sold" vs "order count" gets you exactly what you want

Can I save a question to reuse later?

Yes. If you find yourself asking the same type of question regularly:

  • Click "Save as Skill" at the bottom of the chat
  • Novica extracts the pattern and saves it
  • You can then use that skill in Automations to run it on a schedule
