What is Novica?

Novica is an AI assistant that talks to all your e-commerce tools so you don't have to switch between dashboards.

You connect your Shopify, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Stripe, or Gorgias accounts, and then ask questions in plain English like What were my top sellers last week? or How's my email open rate doing?. Novica pulls the data and gives you an answer.

How do I get started?

1

Connect at least one tool

Head to Integrations and connect your Shopify store (or any tool you use). It takes about 30 seconds.

2

Ask something

Go to Chat and try a question. Some ideas:

  • What were my best-selling products this month?
  • Show me today's orders
  • How many people are on my website right now?
3

Automate the stuff you repeat

If you find yourself asking the same thing every day (like a sales summary), set up an Automation to do it for you on a schedule.

What tools does Novica connect to?

  • Shopify — products, orders, customers, inventory, discounts
  • Google Analytics (GA4) — traffic, conversions, user behavior, real-time visitors
  • Klaviyo — email campaigns, flows, segments, subscriber growth
  • Stripe — payments, subscriptions, refunds, revenue
  • Gorgias — support tickets, response times, customer complaints
  • Sanity CMS — blog posts, content, assets
  • Site Analysis (built-in) — SEO audits, accessibility checks, no setup needed

What kinds of questions can I ask?

Pretty much anything you'd look up in your dashboards. Here are real examples:

  • What are my top 5 products by revenue this week?
  • How does this month's traffic compare to last month?
  • Did my last email campaign perform well?
  • Are there any support tickets I haven't responded to?
  • What's my refund rate this quarter?
  • Create a 20% discount code for returning customers

See the full Chat guide for more examples organized by tool.

Is my data safe?

  • Your API keys and tokens are encrypted at rest on our servers
  • Novica only accesses data when you ask a question or an automation runs
  • Your credentials are never exposed to the browser — all API calls happen server-side
  • You can disconnect any integration instantly from the Integrations page
