Do I need to connect everything?
No. Connect only the tools you use. Even with just Shopify connected, Novica can answer questions about your products, orders, customers, and inventory.
How does Novica access my data?
- OAuth integrations (Shopify, Google Analytics) redirect you to the provider to approve access
- API key integrations (Klaviyo, Stripe, Gorgias, Sanity) need you to paste a key from the provider's dashboard
- All credentials are encrypted at rest and stored server-side
- Novica only queries your data when you ask or when an automation runs
Can I disconnect an integration?
Yes, instantly. Go to Integrations, find the tool, and click Disconnect. This immediately revokes Novica's access — no data is retained after disconnection.
